What Do We Provide?


1) Valet Trash & Recycling Service

Collection occurs 5+ nights per week, usually Sun - Thurs. We ask residents to leave their DWS provided trash bin outside their doors from 5-7pm and to retrieve their trash bins no later than 9am the following morning. Waste Collection begins after 7pm.

In hallway communities where cleanliness is a concern, our team members will be eager to help reduce odor by properly collecting and removing residential waste 5+ times per week.

How Does It Work?


Step 1:

Tie your trash bags in your DWS provided trash bin and place the bin on your doorstep between 5-7pm

Step 2:

After 7pm, a uniformed Diamond Waste Services trash porter will retrieve your waste and dispose of it properly.

Step 3:

By 9am, residents should remove their trash bins from the hallway until the next designated service time.

Our DWS team members utilize state-of-the-art technology in order to service your property as efficiently and as professionally as possible. Our technology enables our team and property managers with the ability to hold our service team members accountable. Using geo-fencing GPS tracking data, DWS can ensure site-attendance and make sure our workers are servicing your property on-time.

Our technology also enables employees to digitally record and track every single pickup they make, or don’t make, by scanning the QR code placed on each trash bin. This helps property managers easily track when a pickup is complete, incomplete, or a trash violation has occurred.

Property managers can have confidence that our service members will service your property by using their own personal operations manager dashboard. The technology is simple, accurate, and reliable.
